一(yi)體化智能型溫度變(bian)(bian)送(song)器,SBWR-2281/240I 集熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶或熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)同(tong)變(bian)(bian)送(song)器為一(yi)體,直接測(ce)量各種工業過程中(zhong)-200~1600℃范圍內的液體、蒸汽和氣體介質的溫度,將溫度轉變(bian)(bian)成與熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶、熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)成正比的4~20mA統一(yi)輸出信號(hao),送(song)顯示(shi)、記(ji)錄調節儀(yi)表或計算機。它可(ke)廣(guang)泛(fan)用于冶(ye)金、石油、化工、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力、輕(qing)工、紡織、食品、國(guo)防及(ji)科研等各部門。

● 采用硅橡膠或環(huan)氧樹脂密(mi)封(feng)結構,因此耐震(zhen)、耐濕,適合在現場環(huan)境中安(an)裝使用;
● 現場安裝(zhuang)在(zai)熱電偶,熱電阻的接線盒內(nei)使用,直接輸(shu)出4-20mA、0-10mA的輸(shu)出信號。這樣既(ji)節約了昂貴的補償導線費用,又提(ti)高了信號遠距離傳輸(shu)過程(cheng)中的抗干(gan)擾能(neng)力;
● 熱電偶變(bian)送器具(ju)有冷端(duan)自(zi)動補償功能;精度(du)高、功耗低(di),使用(yong)環(huan)境溫度(du)范圍寬,工作穩(wen)定可(ke)靠;
● 適(shi)用(yong)范(fan)圍廣,即可(ke)以與熱電(dian)(dian)偶,熱電(dian)(dian)阻形(xing)成一體(ti)化現(xian)場(chang)安裝(zhuang)結構(gou),也可(ke)以作為(wei)功能模塊安裝(zhuang)在檢測設備中和儀表盤上(shang)使用(yong):
工作原理:
熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi)被溫度轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換成電(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號,再將信(xin)(xin)號送入變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)入網(wang)絡,該網(wang)絡包含調零和熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶補(bu)償(chang)等相關電(dian)(dian)路。經調零后的(de)信(xin)(xin)號輸(shu)入到運(yun)算放大器(qi)進行(xing)信(xin)(xin)號放大,放大的(de)信(xin)(xin)號一經V/I轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換器(qi)運(yun)算處(chu)理后以(yi)DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出;另一路經A/D轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換器(qi)處(chu)理后到表頭顯示。變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)的(de)線性化電(dian)(dian)路有(you)兩種,均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)反饋方式(shi)。對熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)正(zheng)反方式(shi)校正(zheng),對熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶傳感(gan)(gan)(gan)器(qi),用(yong)(yong)(yong)多段折線逼近(jin)法進行(xing)校正(zheng)。一體化數字顯示溫度變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)LCD顯示的(de)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)兩線制方式(shi)輸(shu)出。
技術參數
1.輸入信號:熱(re)電偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱(re)電阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三(san)線制(zhi)(zhi)、四線制(zhi)(zhi)),智能型溫(wen)度變送器(qi)的(de)輸入信號可通過PC機(ji)或(huo)手(shou)操器(qi)任(ren)意設置(zhi);
2.輸(shu)出信(xin)號(hao)(hao):在量(liang)程(cheng)范(fan)圍內輸(shu)出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號(hao)(hao),與(yu)熱電(dian)偶、熱電(dian)阻(zu)的輸(shu)入信(xin)號(hao)(hao)成線性(xing)或與(yu)溫度成線性(xing)。智(zhi)能型溫度變送器輸(shu)出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號(hao)(hao)同時疊加(jia)符(fu)合HART標準協議通信(xin)信(xin)號(hao)(hao);
3.基本誤差(cha):0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智(zhi)能型0.2%FS;
4.接線方(fang)式(shi):二線制;三線制;
5.顯示(shi)方(fang)式:四(si)位LCD顯示(shi)溫度,智(zhi)能型四(si)位LCD可通過PC機(ji)或手操(cao)器(qi)(qi)設定使之顯示(shi)現場溫度,傳感器(qi)(qi)值,輸出電流和百分比(bi)例中的任一種參數;
6.工作(zuo)電壓(ya):普通型12∽35V DC;智(zhi)能型12V∽45V DC;額定工作(zuo)電壓(ya)為24V DC;
7.允許負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)阻:500Ω(24VDC供電(dian));極限負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)阻R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如在額定工(gong)作電(dian)壓24V DC時,負載(zai)(zai)電(dian)阻可0-600Ω范圍內選擇使用。
