熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)器,SBWZ-4484/44SI 集熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)同變(bian)送(song)器為一(yi)(yi)體,直接測(ce)量(liang)各(ge)種工業過程中-200~1600℃范圍內(nei)的液體、蒸汽和氣(qi)體介質的溫(wen)(wen)度(du),將(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)轉(zhuan)變(bian)成與熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)成正比(bi)的4~20mA統一(yi)(yi)輸出(chu)信(xin)號(hao),送(song)顯示、記錄(lu)調節(jie)儀表或計算機。它可(ke)廣泛用于冶金、石油(you)、化工、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力、輕工、紡織(zhi)、食品、國防及科研等(deng)各(ge)部門。

● 采用(yong)硅(gui)橡膠或環氧樹脂密(mi)封結構(gou),因(yin)此耐(nai)震(zhen)、耐(nai)濕,適合在(zai)現(xian)場環境中(zhong)安(an)裝(zhuang)使用(yong);
● 現(xian)場安(an)裝在(zai)熱(re)電偶(ou),熱(re)電阻(zu)的(de)(de)接(jie)線(xian)(xian)盒內使用,直接(jie)輸出4-20mA、0-10mA的(de)(de)輸出信(xin)號(hao)。這樣(yang)既節(jie)約了(le)昂貴(gui)的(de)(de)補(bu)償導線(xian)(xian)費用,又提(ti)高了(le)信(xin)號(hao)遠距離傳(chuan)輸過程中的(de)(de)抗干(gan)擾能(neng)力;
● 熱(re)電偶變送(song)器具(ju)有冷端自(zi)動補(bu)償功(gong)能;精度(du)高(gao)、功(gong)耗低,使用環境溫度(du)范(fan)圍(wei)寬(kuan),工(gong)作穩(wen)定可靠(kao);

工作原理:
熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶或熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)阻傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)被溫(wen)度轉換成電(dian)信(xin)號(hao),再(zai)將信(xin)號(hao)送入變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)輸入網絡,該(gai)網絡包含調零和熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶補償等相關電(dian)路(lu)。經調零后(hou)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)輸入到運(yun)算(suan)放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行信(xin)號(hao)放(fang)(fang)大(da),放(fang)(fang)大(da)的(de)信(xin)號(hao)一經V/I轉換器(qi)(qi)(qi)運(yun)算(suan)處理(li)后(hou)以DC4-20mA電(dian)流輸出(chu);另一路(lu)經A/D轉換器(qi)(qi)(qi)處理(li)后(hou)到表(biao)頭顯(xian)示。變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)線(xian)(xian)性化電(dian)路(lu)有兩種,均采用反饋方式。對熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)阻傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用正(zheng)反方式校正(zheng),對熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)偶傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)(qi)(qi),用多段折(zhe)線(xian)(xian)逼(bi)近(jin)法進(jin)行校正(zheng)。一體(ti)化數字顯(xian)示溫(wen)度變(bian)送器(qi)(qi)(qi)LCD顯(xian)示的(de)采用兩線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)方式輸出(chu)。
技術參數
1.輸(shu)入信(xin)號:熱電(dian)偶:K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱電(dian)阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三線制(zhi)、四線制(zhi)),智能型溫(wen)度變送器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)入信(xin)號可(ke)通(tong)過PC機或手操(cao)器(qi)任意設置;
2.輸出信(xin)(xin)(xin)號:在量程范圍內輸出DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)(xin)號,與熱電(dian)(dian)偶、熱電(dian)(dian)阻的(de)輸入信(xin)(xin)(xin)號成線性或與溫(wen)度成線性。智能(neng)型溫(wen)度變(bian)送器(qi)輸出DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)流信(xin)(xin)(xin)號同時疊加符合HART標準(zhun)協議通信(xin)(xin)(xin)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號;
3.基本誤差:0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智能型0.2%FS;
4.接(jie)線(xian)方式:二線(xian)制;三線(xian)制;
5.顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)方式:四位LCD顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),智能型四位LCD可通過PC機或(huo)手操器(qi)設定使之顯(xian)示(shi)(shi)現(xian)場(chang)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),傳感(gan)器(qi)值(zhi),輸出電流和百分比例(li)中的任一種參數;
6.工(gong)作電壓(ya):普通(tong)型12∽35V DC;智能型12V∽45V DC;額(e)定工(gong)作電壓(ya)為24V DC;
7.允許負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電(dian)(dian));極限(xian)負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例(li)如(ru)在額定(ding)工作電(dian)(dian)壓24V DC時,負(fu)載電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可0-600Ω范圍內選擇使用(yong)。
