智能一體(ti)(ti)化(hua)溫度變(bian)送(song)器,SBWR-2284/240I 集熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)或熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)阻同變(bian)送(song)器為一體(ti)(ti),直接測(ce)量各種工業過(guo)程(cheng)中-200~1600℃范圍內(nei)的液體(ti)(ti)、蒸汽(qi)和氣體(ti)(ti)介質的溫度,將(jiang)溫度轉(zhuan)變(bian)成與熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)、熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)阻電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao)成正比的4~20mA統一輸(shu)出信(xin)號(hao),送(song)顯示、記(ji)錄調節儀表或計算機。它可廣泛用于冶金(jin)、石(shi)油(you)、化(hua)工、電(dian)(dian)力、輕工、紡織、食品(pin)、國(guo)防(fang)及科研等各部門。

● 采用硅橡膠(jiao)或環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂密封結構,因(yin)此耐(nai)震、耐(nai)濕,適合(he)在現場環境中安裝使用;
● 現場安裝(zhuang)在(zai)熱電(dian)偶,熱電(dian)阻(zu)的接線盒內使用,直(zhi)接輸(shu)出4-20mA、0-10mA的輸(shu)出信(xin)號。這樣既節(jie)約了昂貴的補償導(dao)線費用,又(you)提(ti)高了信(xin)號遠距離傳(chuan)輸(shu)過程中的抗(kang)干擾能力;
● 熱電偶變送器具有冷端自動補償(chang)功能;精度(du)高(gao)、功耗低,使(shi)用環境溫度(du)范圍寬,工作穩定可靠;
● 適用(yong)范圍廣,即可以與熱電偶,熱電阻形(xing)成一體化現場(chang)安裝結構(gou),也可以作為功(gong)能模塊安裝在檢(jian)測設(she)備中和儀表盤(pan)上使用(yong):
工作原理:
熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)或熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻傳感器(qi)被溫度(du)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號,再將(jiang)信(xin)(xin)號送(song)入(ru)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的輸(shu)入(ru)網絡(luo),該網絡(luo)包含調(diao)零和熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)補償等相關電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。經調(diao)零后(hou)的信(xin)(xin)號輸(shu)入(ru)到運算放(fang)大(da)器(qi)進行信(xin)(xin)號放(fang)大(da),放(fang)大(da)的信(xin)(xin)號一經V/I轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)運算處理后(hou)以DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)出;另一路(lu)經A/D轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)處理后(hou)到表頭顯示(shi)。變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的線性化電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)有兩(liang)種,均采用(yong)反饋(kui)方式。對熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻傳感器(qi),用(yong)正(zheng)反方式校正(zheng),對熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)傳感器(qi),用(yong)多(duo)段折(zhe)線逼近法(fa)進行校正(zheng)。一體化數字顯示(shi)溫度(du)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)LCD顯示(shi)的采用(yong)兩(liang)線制(zhi)方式輸(shu)出。
技術參數
1.輸(shu)入信(xin)號:熱電偶(ou):K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱電阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三線制、四線制),智能型溫度(du)變送(song)器的輸(shu)入信(xin)號可通(tong)過PC機或手操器任意設置;
2.輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)信(xin)號:在量程范圍內輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)DC4-20mA電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號,與(yu)(yu)熱電(dian)偶、熱電(dian)阻(zu)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入信(xin)號成(cheng)線性或與(yu)(yu)溫(wen)度(du)成(cheng)線性。智能型溫(wen)度(du)變送(song)器輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)DC4-20mA電(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號同時疊加符合HART標(biao)準(zhun)協(xie)議通信(xin)信(xin)號;
3.基(ji)本誤(wu)差:0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智能(neng)型(xing)0.2%FS;
4.接線方式:二線制(zhi);三(san)線制(zhi);
5.顯(xian)示方式:四位LCD顯(xian)示溫度,智(zhi)能型四位LCD可通過PC機或手操器(qi)設定使之(zhi)顯(xian)示現場溫度,傳感器(qi)值,輸出(chu)電流(liu)和(he)百分(fen)比例中(zhong)的任一種參數;
6.工(gong)作電壓:普通型12∽35V DC;智能型12V∽45V DC;額定(ding)工(gong)作電壓為24V DC;
7.允許(xu)負載電阻(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電);極(ji)限負載電阻(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如在額定工作(zuo)電壓24V DC時(shi),負載電阻(zu)可0-600Ω范圍內選擇(ze)使用。
