是(shi)(shi)兩種(zhong)不同成份的導體(ti)(ti)兩端經焊接,形成回路,直接測(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)端叫(jiao)工作端,接線(xian)端子(zi)(zi)端叫(jiao)冷端,也稱參比(bi)端。當工作端和(he)參比(bi)端存在溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha)時,就會(hui)在回路中(zhong)產(chan)生熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,接上(shang)顯(xian)示儀表(biao),儀表(biao)上(shang)就會(hui)指(zhi)示出熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶所產(chan)生的熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的對(dui)應溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)值。鎧裝(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶的熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢將隨著測(ce)量端溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)升高而(er)增長(chang),熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的大小(xiao)只和(he)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶導體(ti)(ti)材質以及兩端溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha)有關,和(he)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的長(chang)度(du)(du)、直徑無關。鎧裝(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶的結構原理是(shi)(shi),是(shi)(shi)由導體(ti)(ti)、高絕緣(yuan)氧化鎂、外套(tao)1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼保護(hu)管(guan),經多(duo)次一(yi)體(ti)(ti)拉制而(er)成。鎧裝(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶產(chan)品主要(yao)由接線(xian)盒、接線(xian)端子(zi)(zi)和(he)鎧裝(zhuang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶組成基本結構,并(bing)配以各種(zhong)安(an)裝(zhuang)固定裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成。
鎧裝熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)是(shi)(shi)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)測(ce)量中應(ying)(ying)用zui廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)器件,他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要特點(dian)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)測(ce)溫(wen)范圍寬,性能比較穩定(ding),同時結構(gou)簡(jian)單,動(dong)態響應(ying)(ying)好(hao),更能夠遠傳4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信號,便(bian)于自動(dong)控制和集中控制。熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)測(ce)溫(wen)原(yuan)理是(shi)(shi)基于熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying)。將兩(liang)(liang)種不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)體或半導(dao)體連(lian)接(jie)成閉合回路,當兩(liang)(liang)個接(jie)點(dian)處的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)不同時,回路中將產(chan)生(sheng)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi),這種現象稱為(wei)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)(ying),又稱為(wei)塞貝(bei)克效應(ying)(ying)。閉合回路中產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)有兩(liang)(liang)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)組(zu)成;溫(wen)差電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)和接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)。溫(wen)差電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)指同一導(dao)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)(liang)端因溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)不同而產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi),不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)體具(ju)有不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子密度(du)(du)(du)(du),所以(yi)他(ta)們(men)(men)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)也不相同,而接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)顧名思義就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)指兩(liang)(liang)種不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)導(dao)體相接(jie)觸時,因為(wei)他(ta)們(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子密度(du)(du)(du)(du)不同所以(yi)產(chan)生(sheng)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子擴散,當他(ta)們(men)(men)達到一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)平衡(heng)后所形成的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi),接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大小取決(jue)于兩(liang)(liang)種不同導(dao)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料性質(zhi)以(yi)及他(ta)們(men)(men)接(jie)觸點(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(du)(du)(du)。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou),由于(yu)鉑(bo)屬(shu)(shu)于(yu)貴(gui)重金(jin)屬(shu)(shu),所以(yi)他們又被稱為(wei)(wei)貴(gui)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)而剩下的(de)(de)(de)幾個則(ze)稱為(wei)(wei)廉價金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)。熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)(de)(de)結構有兩種(zhong)(zhong),普通型(xing)(xing)和(he)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)。普通性熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)由熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極,絕緣(yuan)管(guan),保(bao)護(hu)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)和(he)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)盒等部(bu)分組(zu)成,而鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)型(xing)(xing)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)則(ze)是(shi)將(jiang)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)絲(si),絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)保(bao)護(hu)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)三者組(zu)合裝(zhuang)配(pei)后(hou),經過拉(la)伸加(jia)工(gong)而成的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)堅實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)合體。但是(shi)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號卻(que)需要(yao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)特殊的(de)(de)(de)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)來進(jin)行(xing)傳遞,這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)我們稱為(wei)(wei)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)需要(yao)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),其主(zhu)要(yao)作用(yong)就是(shi)與熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)連接,使(shi)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)(de)(de)參(can)比端(duan)(duan)遠(yuan)離(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,從而使(shi)參(can)比端(duan)(duan)溫度(du)穩定。補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)又分為(wei)(wei)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)型(xing)(xing)和(he)延長型(xing)(xing)兩種(zhong)(zhong),延長導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)化學成分與被補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)相同(tong),但是(shi)實(shi)際中,延長型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)也(ye)并不是(shi)用(yong)和(he)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)相同(tong)材(cai)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu),一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)采(cai)用(yong)和(he)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)具(ju)有相同(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)密(mi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)代替。補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)與熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)(de)(de)連線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)都是(shi)很明(ming)了(le),熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)(de)(de)正極連接補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)紅色線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),而負極則(ze)連接剩下的(de)(de)(de)顏(yan)色。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般(ban)的(de)(de)(de)補(bu)(bu)償(chang)(chang)(chang)導線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)材(cai)質(zhi)大部(bu)分都采(cai)用(yong)銅鎳(nie)合金(jin)。
由于鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料(liao)一般(ban)都比較(jiao)貴重(特別是采(cai)用(yong)貴金屬時(shi)),而測溫(wen)點到(dao)(dao)(dao)儀表的(de)(de)(de)(de)距離都很遠,為(wei)了節(jie)省(sheng)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶材料(liao),降低成本,通常采(cai)用(yong)補償(chang)導線(xian)(xian)把鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)端(duan)(自由端(duan))延(yan)伸(shen)到(dao)(dao)(dao)溫(wen)度比較(jiao)穩定的(de)(de)(de)(de)控制室內,連(lian)接到(dao)(dao)(dao)儀表端(duan)子(zi)(zi)上(shang)。必(bi)須(xu)指出,熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶補償(chang)導線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)只起延(yan)伸(shen)熱(re)(re)電(dian)極,使(shi)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)端(duan)移(yi)動到(dao)(dao)(dao)控制室的(de)(de)(de)(de)儀表端(duan)子(zi)(zi)上(shang),它本身并不(bu)能(neng)消除(chu)冷(leng)端(duan)溫(wen)度變化對測溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang),不(bu)起補償(chang)作(zuo)用(yong)。因(yin)此,還(huan)需(xu)采(cai)用(yong)其他修(xiu)正方法來補償(chang)冷(leng)端(duan)溫(wen)度t0≠0℃時(shi)對測溫(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。 在使(shi)用(yong)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶補償(chang)導線(xian)(xian)時(shi)必(bi)須(xu)注意型號相(xiang)配,極性不(bu)能(neng)接錯,補償(chang)導線(xian)(xian)與鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)電(dian)偶連(lian)接端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度不(bu)能(neng)超過(guo)100℃。

注:絕緣電(dian)阻用MΩ·m表示,即(ji)為常溫(wen)絕緣電(dian)阻與鎧裝(zhuang)偶長度的乘積。
例(li)如:1000MΩ·m表示:1m長的試(shi)樣的絕緣電阻為
1000MΩ,10m長的試(shi)樣的絕緣電阻(zu)為(wei)100MΩ。
對于長度小于1m的鎧裝偶,按1m計(ji)算。
插座式接(jie)線(xian)盒和(he)帶補償導(dao)線(xian)的鎧裝熱電偶不在此例。
