智(zhi)能型溫度(du)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi),SBWR-4181/440KI集(ji)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)或熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻同變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)(qi)為(wei)一體(ti),直接測量各種工(gong)業過程中-200~1600℃范圍內的(de)液體(ti)、蒸汽(qi)和氣體(ti)介質的(de)溫度(du),將溫度(du)轉變(bian)(bian)成與熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻電(dian)(dian)信號(hao)成正(zheng)比的(de)4~20mA統一輸出信號(hao),送顯示(shi)、記錄調節儀表或計(ji)算機。它可廣泛用(yong)于冶金、石油、化(hua)工(gong)、電(dian)(dian)力、輕工(gong)、紡織、食品、國防(fang)及科研等各部(bu)門。

● 采用(yong)硅橡(xiang)膠或環氧樹脂(zhi)密(mi)封結構,因此耐震、耐濕,適合(he)在現場環境中安裝(zhuang)使用(yong);
● 現場安裝在熱電偶(ou),熱電阻(zu)的接(jie)(jie)線盒內使(shi)用,直接(jie)(jie)輸出4-20mA、0-10mA的輸出信號。這樣既節(jie)約(yue)了(le)昂(ang)貴的補償導線費用,又提高了(le)信號遠(yuan)距離傳輸過程中的抗(kang)干(gan)擾能力;
● 熱(re)電(dian)偶變送器具有(you)冷端自動(dong)補償功能(neng);精度(du)高、功耗(hao)低,使用環境溫度(du)范圍寬,工作穩定(ding)可靠(kao);
● 適用范圍廣,即可以與熱(re)電偶,熱(re)電阻形成一體化(hua)現場(chang)安裝(zhuang)結構(gou),也可以作為(wei)功能模塊安裝(zhuang)在(zai)檢測(ce)設備中(zhong)和儀表(biao)盤上(shang)使用:
工作原理:
熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)或熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)被溫(wen)(wen)度(du)轉換成電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),再將(jiang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)送(song)(song)入(ru)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)網絡,該網絡包含(han)調(diao)零和熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)補償等相關電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。經調(diao)零后的(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)到(dao)(dao)運(yun)算放大(da)器(qi)進行信(xin)(xin)號(hao)放大(da),放大(da)的(de)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)一經V/I轉換器(qi)運(yun)算處(chu)理后以(yi)DC4-20mA電(dian)(dian)(dian)流輸(shu)(shu)出(chu);另一路經A/D轉換器(qi)處(chu)理后到(dao)(dao)表頭顯(xian)示。變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)的(de)線性化(hua)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路有(you)兩種(zhong),均采(cai)用(yong)反(fan)饋方(fang)(fang)式。對熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi),用(yong)正反(fan)方(fang)(fang)式校(xiao)正,對熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi),用(yong)多段折線逼近(jin)法進行校(xiao)正。一體化(hua)數字顯(xian)示溫(wen)(wen)度(du)變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)LCD顯(xian)示的(de)采(cai)用(yong)兩線制方(fang)(fang)式輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)。
技術參數
1.輸入信號(hao):熱(re)電(dian)偶(ou):K、E、J、B、S、T、N;熱(re)電(dian)阻:Pt100、Cu50、 Cu100、(三線制、四線制),智能型溫(wen)度變(bian)送器的輸入信號(hao)可通過PC機或手操(cao)器任意設置;
2.輸出信(xin)號(hao):在量程范(fan)圍內輸出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號(hao),與熱(re)電(dian)偶、熱(re)電(dian)阻的輸入信(xin)號(hao)成線性或與溫度成線性。智能型(xing)溫度變(bian)送器輸出DC4-20mA電(dian)流信(xin)號(hao)同時疊加符合HART標準協議通信(xin)信(xin)號(hao);
3.基本誤差(cha):0.5%FS;0.2%FS;智(zhi)能型0.2%FS;
4.接(jie)線(xian)方(fang)式:二線(xian)制;三線(xian)制;
5.顯示方式:四(si)位(wei)LCD顯示溫度,智能型四(si)位(wei)LCD可通過(guo)PC機(ji)或手操器(qi)設定使之顯示現場溫度,傳感器(qi)值,輸出電流(liu)和百分比例中的任一種參(can)數;
6.工作電壓(ya):普通型12∽35V DC;智能型12V∽45V DC;額定工作電壓(ya)為(wei)24V DC;
7.允許(xu)負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu):500Ω(24VDC供電(dian)(dian));極限負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R(max)=50(Vmin-12),例如在額定工作電(dian)(dian)壓24V DC時,負(fu)載(zai)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)可(ke)0-600Ω范圍(wei)內選擇使用。
