YXC-100BFZ電接點壓力表的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理是基(ji)于(yu)測(ce)量系(xi)統中的(de)彈簧(huang)管在(zai)被測(ce)介質(zhi)的(de)壓(ya)力作(zuo)用下(xia),迫使彈簧(huang)管之末端產生(sheng)相應的(de)彈性變形(xing)一位移,借助(zhu)拉桿經(jing)齒(chi)輪傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)構的(de)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)并予放大,由(you)固(gu)定齒(chi)輪上(shang)(shang)的(de)指(zhi)示(連同觸(chu)頭(tou))逐將(jiang)被測(ce)值(zhi)在(zai)度(du)盤上(shang)(shang)指(zhi)示出(chu)來。與此同時(shi),當(dang)其與設定指(zhi)針上(shang)(shang)的(de)觸(chu)頭(tou)(上(shang)(shang)限(xian)或下(xia)限(xian))相接(jie)觸(chu)(動(dong)(dong)(dong)斷或動(dong)(dong)(dong)合)的(de)瞬時(shi),致(zhi)使控制(zhi)系(xi)統中的(de)電路得以斷開(kai)或接(jie)通,以達到自動(dong)(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)和發信報警的(de)目的(de)。

是觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)位置不正或觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)金(jin)屬桿(gan)松動。觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)位置不正,將觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)校正垂(chui)直(zhi)到恰當發生(sheng)信號為止(zhi)。觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)金(jin)屬桿(gan)松動,應設法固(gu)牢,較輕微者,采用適(shi)當放大游絲,增(zeng)加游絲的反力矩,也(ye)有效果。
電(dian)(dian)接點(dian)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)不(bu)發(fa)生信(xin)號:觸(chu)點(dian)太臟接觸(chu)不(bu)良(liang);信(xin)號裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)層受(shou)潮;電(dian)(dian)路(lu)不(bu)通等(deng);觸(chu)點(dian)太臟,用砂(sha)紙打磨除(chu)去污物;絕(jue)緣(yuan)層受(shou)潮,用熱風吹干;電(dian)(dian)路(lu)不(bu)通,應查找斷路(lu)并予以修理(li)。
